Finishing Strong and Winning the Prize

We are excited about what God is doing to expand our campus at Faith Community Church of Chandler! We have been engaged in an extensive 1.9 million dollar building program which has expanded our spiritual lives, our vision, and our facilities. We began this journey by faith and have seen some amazing things happen. We are currently about 75% complete. We began with extensive underground infrastructure necessary to this project as well as future development. We then completed a large and unique outdoor fellowship court featuring amphitheater, children’s game areas, and lots of seating. It is a place where people can enjoy being together.

We are now working on a 10,000 square foot classroom building. This facility features multi-use rooms of varying sizes ranging from “decent” to “enormous,” storage rooms, large restroom facilities, and a coffee shop. It is linked to our auditorium facility by a curving covered walkway. The exterior of the new building is now complete. Amazingly, all of this has been accomplished completely on a cash basis.

There is a lot left to do. We will now turn our attention to the interior of the new facility where we need to install heating/air conditioning, sprinkler system and other plumbing, insulation, drywall, finished plumbing and electrical work and all interior finishes. We also will be expanding our parking area and adding a good deal of landscaping. Our prayer is that these facilities will enable  a greater ministry impact on Chandler and the world.
